HomeCare Connection will provide companionship and in home services to assist Activities of Daily Living.

Services Offered:

Companion
Play cards and board games
Assist with letters and personal mail
Assist with telephone calls
Go for walks
Transportation for doctor's visits
Water plants

Homemaker
All the duties of a companion plus:
Change bed linen
Errands/Shopping
Laundry/Care of clothing
Light housekeeping
Meal planning and preparation

Personal Care
(A doctor's note must be provided stating the client is chronic and stable.)
Includes all homemaker/companion duties as well as:
Dressing and Feeding
Bathing and Toileting
Assist with walking
Wheelchair transfer

Out Trips
Transportation for shopping, movies, family visits, senior centers and friends.

Overnight/Weekend/Long Term
HomeCare Connection will provide 24 hour supervision. This will be continuous monitoring of all daily living skills to provide a safe and stable environment. Duties include those of Companion/Homemaker and Personal Care services.

Chore Services
Clean cabinets, closets, stove, refrigerator, wash and hang curtains and wash woodwork.

Handyman Services
Small moving jobs
Clean garages, attics and basements
Yard work, cutting grass and raking lawn
Snow removal
Set up holiday ornaments
Painting
Install safety devices
Replace or install locks
Install smoke or carbon monoxide detectors

Services Tailored Just For You
Not everyone is homebound or incapacitated. Some of us just need a helping hand now and then for just a few days or even a week. HomeCare Connection is the answer to your problems.

We Will
Do your grocery shopping
Do your laundry
Do your light housekeeping, dishes, change beds, dusting, etc.
Assist with planning and preparing meals
If you feel you need to have "helping hands" no matter what the job, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
