NUTRITION
*All meals/snacks approved by a Registered Dietitian.

*Homemade hot noontime meal provided by a Safe Serve certified cook
*Special dietary arrangements available
*Our Dietary Department is able to meet therapeutic diets.
EXERCISE
*Scheduled daily exercise programs - adaptive exercises are incorporated into the program as ordered by MD or Therapists.
SOCIALIZATION
*Outdoor Activities - Picnics etc. on the beautiful new covered porch.
*Gardening! Large and small group activities individualized to meet mental, physical and psycho - social needs of the Members. Sing-a-longs, dancing, socials, baking groups, flower arranging, arts and crafts, men's groups, sewing, word games, pet visits, and much more!
ENTERTAINMENT
* Professional and amateur entertainment weekly.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
*Space is available for Physical / Occupational Therapies.
*Beauty & Barber Services offered weekly

HOURS
*We are open daily Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm
PROGRAMS
*Full-day programs are up to 10 hours with your choice of days ( 1 - 5)
TRANSPORTATION
*Transportation is available to and from the club.The Day Club has a fleet of six cars, three of which are 6 door limousines. Caregivers may transport as well. Please call us for more information.
FUNDING
*Funding is available for Adult Day services. One source is The Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders ~ for more information on this program call 1-800-445-5394. The Area Agencies on Aging administer various programs including the Ct. Home Care Program for Elders, National Family Caregiver Support Program and the State Respite Care Program. The Statewide Respite Care Program is designed to offer short term respite, in the form of direct services for the individual with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, to provide relief to stressed caregivers and their families. ELIGIBILITY
*18 years of age or older, Must be evaluated prior to entering our comprehensive program.
